ANNUAL REPORT
YEAR - 2004-2005

I, Adv. Rupesh B. Munot, President, Chanchaldevi Bhanwarlalji Munot Foundation, Ghatanji, Yavatmal - 445 301, hereby hearty welcome to all the respected trustees & public at large & present this annual report of the trust in which the climbing to the sky of the trust in the total welfare of society is shown.

I am here very happy to announce the public & trustees of the trust that our institution has got the registration u/s 12A of I.T. Act,1961 & it has achieved the approval u/s 80G(v) of I.T. Act,1961 (For the Period 1-4-2004 to 31-3-2005) & has become the institution amongst the few charitable institution who has got this approval. By this approval u/s 80G(v) of I.T. Act,1961, our institution has generated the voluntary donations from the respected donor for the noble cause
& they can avail the benefit of deduction from taxable income u/s 80G & can save the tax payable to the Government. For the future progress of institution, it is applying for the continuation of approval u/s 80G(v) of I.T. Act,1961.

The institution has conducted various types of projects for welfare & development of the society.

Detailed information of the projects is given here below.

1] LEGAL AID & GUIDANCE CAMP:-

To spread the knowledge & importance of Law & complicated legal provisions to the public who are uneducated or unaware in respect of Law. Our institution conducts the "LEGAL AID & GUIDANCE CAMP". At the Ghatanji Camp, chief guest was our institutions President Mr. Adv. Rupesh B. Munot as a chairperson of the camp inauguration function & Mr. Adv. Ajay Chambhare, Yavatmal. Both emphasizes on the basic education regarding Law & legal aspect in the rural area. They also explained the importance of the prevention of law breaking attitude of the society as one & total.
On the concluding part Mr. Adv.Prof. Shukla has given the tips regarding family law.
In the camp organized at Yavatmal various aspect of law & legal procedure was explained by Adv. Pavan Sodhi & Adv. Amit Hindocha.

2] YOUTH EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT CAMP:-

To spread the knowledge & importance of education in the youth of rural area of Ghatanji Taluka "Youth Education & Development Camp" was organized at Sakhara & Jarang. In the said camp Mr. Adv. Vijesh Munot was present as a chairperson of the camp inauguration function. He emphasizes on the basic education in the rural area like this. He also explained the importance of the education to develop the society as one & total. On the concluding part Adv. Nilesh Shukla has given tips to young guys how to overall develop physical
as well as mental weakness.

3] NURSERY EDUCATION & CHILD DEVELOPMENT:-

As explained above education has become the necessity of life. With out education man is like fish with out water. The education start from nursery & this is the stage where parents as well as pupils get to know about education.
Therefore the process of education must begin well at the stage of nursery education. There is a maxim " Well began half done".
Hence to spread the knowledge about nursery education & child development program of this subject was organized. Miss. Prof. Ranjana Rai, B.Com, B.Ed., M.A. (Sociology)., Pandharkawada was present as chief guest. She is the lecturer at BDP College, Pandharkawada & taught at the nursery as well. She has given the instruction to the people about nursery
education & child development. Children are the future of the Nation & to develop them, to create the hungry of development in all respect
"Child Development Camp" was organized at Ghatanji. In the program chief guest was Mr. Dr. Sunil Bonde, Child Specialist, Ghatanji, who has given the tips to the parents & guardian of children as well as children regarding the success in the society during the career. In the camp personality development project was conducted in which Adv. Mr. Pravin Darda has explained the steps how to do the personality attractive & related activities.

4] WOMEN DEVELOPMENT & AWARENESS CAMP:-

The God' created the animal called 'Women' who are the best in the world & men could not compete with them in any respect, because women got the will power as well as tolerance. Therefore they are neck to neck with men in all
respect & field. However in the rural area still there is huge amount of unawareness regarding literacy, education, child development, health & nutrition ect. In this camp there were 87 women were present at Mowada. Mrs. Dr. Bonde was present as chief guest. She gave the information regarding the health & in house precautions in respect of child as well as whole family. Mrs. Prof. Reena Munot, B.Com, B.Ed., M.A. (Economics)., was second guest to explain the requirement of education in respect of women. Awareness regarding Family Law, Matrimonial law was given by Mr. Adv. Anand Thakare, Ghatanji.

5] HEALTH AWARENESS & CHECK-UP-CUM-MEDICINE CAMP:-

The institution is always dedicated for the good health of the people & whole society. Therefore it organizes health awareness & check-up-cum-medicine camp at Ghatanji. Dr. Bonde was present at the above named camp. He has checked 39 people who were present in the program. He also explained the importance of nutrition & healthy food, balanced life style etc. Mr. Dr. Paresh Gandhech has emphasized on the 'Yoga' & 'Gym' workouts.

6] COMPUTER EDUCATION AWARENESS PROGRAM:-

The Institution is also dedicated its objects & aims to develop the society in computer education & literacy, medical, cultural-social, rural development as well as sports areas. The Institution has conducted a program named " COMPUTER EDUCATION AWARENESS PROGRAM" at Ghatanji, in which the importance of computer education has been explained by Mr. Sachin Choudhary MCA, Yavatmal . He has given training to 21 people/students of college & school regarding MS-Office, Windows, Programming Languages like
Java ++, Visual Basic & other new inventions in the world of computer & information technology.

Hence these are the programs which were conducted by the Institution for the welfare & charity of the public & society. The Institution is again abide with the various aims as explained above & as per the Memorandum of it. It will try to do better in next year & future with new & mega interesting projects, camps, programs & seminars. Again with the hope of good-better & best future of the Institution as well as whole society, this annual report for the year 2004-2005 is presented in the capacity of President Trustee of the Institution, to the members/trustees of the trust as well as people of the society.

5. To run Bal Sanskar Kendra, Old Age Homes, Orphanage, Public Libraries, Gyms, Hostels, Working Women's Hostels, Music Schools, Nursing child homes, Charitable Hospitals, Leprosy Home, Creches, Children Homes, Bhajan training & to trainings.

6. To install & rune Anganwadi, nursery, sanskar kendra, convents, primary schools, secondary schools, military schools, colleges, Hindi, arts college, balsadan, sandhi shala(night schools), continued education center.

7. To install & run girls primary schools, girls secondary schools, girls higher secondary schools & hostels, moreover women's college, drawing college, Ayurvedic college, D.pharm & B.Pharm college, medical college.

8. To install & run Ashram Schools for the development of education of SC, ST, VJ, NT.

9. To run the schools & hostels for blind, dumb, deaf , unsound, handicapped, physically disabled, handicapped orphanage, orphanages, resident

10. To install & run the engineering, technical colleges.

11. To run the center for de-addiction under the State government & Central Governments goal & policy of propaganda & propagation of de-addiction.

12. To install & run degree college of milk & animal conservation, Technical Education school, Tailoring school, Typewriting school, Drawing school, degree college of agriculture, Computer training school, ITI. To run the classes of degree course of Beautylogy(Saundarya Shastra)

13. To install & run the D.Ed/B.Ed/B.P.Ed/C.P.Ed/MSW /BSW/CSW colleges.

14. To help & provide co-operation to those person who are caught in the natural calamities.

15. To make propaganda of various projects of Social Welfare Deptt., Distt. Council, Khadi Gramodyog Mandal, State Government & Central Government, for people of rural & urban region. Moreover projects of Sports Deptt., Health Deptt., Human Recourses Deptt.

16. To give training as well as to implement the projects of Small Scale Industries & Cottage Industries on behalf of Gramodyog.

17. To implement the programs of optional energy, social foresting, water conservation for farmers, panbahal, watersheds area development programs.

18. To organize the competition of general knowledge & programs to boost up the students.

19. To implement the projects of Central Government & State Government.

20. To install the health club for women's & to give them training of exercise.

21. To provide the information & education regarding the sex & AIDS subjects & to implement the programs regarding health.

22. To install & run the center for counseling of family matter as well as vocational guidance.

23. To organize various types of competition to create the interest in national as well as international sports to encourage the sportspersons/players. To install & run the Governments training center for the said purpose.

24. To install the center for cultural arts, to provide education & training of various arts.

25. To organize the singing competition of Bhajan Singers. Through the medium of Bhajans, awareness in the people to be created regarding subjects of superstition as well as wine de-addiction. Through the medium of Bhajan & Kirtans, to work for the recreation of people people awareness, Samaj Prabhodan, principles & thinking, culture.

26. To run the charitable hospitals, first- aid health hospitals, rural hospital, to implement project of medical care unit, to advertise & spread about Ayurvedic jungle herbs/medicines.

27. To organize the guidance camp for youths.

28. To install/open & run the societies for the educational, vocational, cultural development of all caste & creed.

29. To manage & to implement rescue operation under the working area of society, private sector, joint sector & forest department sector according to the decision taken, time to time , by the government. On the permission of the forest department, to manage & implement operations for water-land conservation, watershed area rehabilitation & conservation & to participate in these types of work, & to co-operate for overall development of watershed area.
